We recommend meeting with your mentee a minimum of 4 times during a timeframe of 6 months. The first meeting is about getting to know each other and aligning and setting goals. The remaining three meetings are based on the goals defined during the first meeting. Mentor and mentee together determine the frequency with the mentee yourself. For example, 1x a month.
The venue where meetings take place is something you decide together with your mentee. We recommend meeting at least once at your office (and perhaps showing your company to the mentee). You are also welcome to meet in a bar, the library or at your home. Whatever works best for you both. Discuss the location during your first meeting and decide what you like best together.
Yes, that's possible. We do recommend that the first meeting is arranged face to face. This lays an important foundation for the rest of the conversations. If you consider to meet online you could alternate online with face-to-face. Discuss together what works best for you both
Mentor meetings usually take place in English as most mentees are not sufficient yet in Danish.

At the end of each program, you will receive a certificate of appreciation from the Municipality of Copenhagen. You can add this to your CV and LinkedIn profile. Mentorship is voluntary and there is no compensation.
