Cultural Awareness Training Courses

A high diversity tool box

With our specific cultural course programmes, we provide participants with a true understanding of their new country and culture. We dress them to handle intercultural encounters in order to see challenges before they transform into problems.

We inform about how to use their new country constructively and how participants can benefit most from their choice of a new work place, taking in the values of the company.

We will explain and translate the working mentality, norms and meanings, so that participants acquire a better understanding of the hierarchy and leadership, group-oriented teamwork, how to make friends, and what time a meeting at 2 o’clock really starts for their new cultural platform. Intercultural Profile Assessment

Relocare’s Intercultural Profile Assessment helps companies find the right candidate by evaluating intercultural empathy and team fit. 

Through interviews, online testing, and expert feedback, we assess how well candidates can work across cultures and recommend tailored development plans. This improves teamwork, communication, and international success while supporting easier relocations and stronger global leadership.

How do we do this?

Through interviews with potential candidates, we evaluate the intercultural empathy of the candidates and make an assessment on how well the candidates might work in teams, in foreign countries and on a given international assignment.
